To have "Energy Efficient Heating" is to own a central heating system that only uses the fuel necessary to provide you with comfortable heating and hot water.
If your system is inefficient, your gas bills will be high and your heating equipment will be working unnecessarily hard.
Regular servicing of your boiler ensures maximum use of the gas you pay for.
Radiators that do not work properly mean cold rooms and higher costs as the thermostats will be turned up higher than necessary.
I call my company "Energy Efficient Heating" so that my customers can have what it says on the tin.

Boiler repairs & central heating fault finding require diagnostic work and are chargeable as shown below.

h Gas Central Heating or Boiler Breakdown
Charges are transparent. There is a one hour minimum charge, thereafter charged at 30 minute increments. Charges start from arrival at your property until the job is finished. All rates exclude the cost of materials at trade plus 20% mark up.

Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm;
No call out charge, but a minimum of 1 hours labour £55.00

All other times including emergency call out;
No call out charge, but a minimum of 1 hours labour £70.00

Over fifty per cent of repairs are completed in the first hour. However, if this is not the case, by the end of the first hour, diagnosis will be given and if possible, a quotation and timescale for work to be carried out.
